Terms & Booking Policy

Please review our booking terms, cancellation rules, and general use policies before reserving your court at Kamrynne Paddle Park.

Booking Policy

Reservations are temporarily held for up to 1 hour only.
If payment is not completed within 1 hour, the booking will automatically expire and the slot will be released.
Each booking is made per 1-hour time slot.
To reserve multiple hours, simply select or book additional time slots.
Fixed time slots only — custom time adjustments are not allowed to avoid scheduling conflicts.
All bookings are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
First to complete payment secures the booking.
In case of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, affected bookings may be rescheduled to the next available slot or refunded in full.

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled to another available slot.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will be automatically forfeited and non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking only and subject to availability.
In case of late arrival, the reserved time will still be counted from the original booking schedule.

Booking is required for all court use.
Walk-ins are welcome but must register and book via the system (subject to availability).
Open play is allowed within your reserved court.
No loud music at night.
No music beyond 9:00 PM.
Minimize noise from 9:00 PM – 12:00 MN.
Park closes strictly on time.
CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).
Respect other players and scheduled bookings.

Before confirming your reservation, you must agree to the Terms & Booking Policy of Kamrynne Paddle Park.
Booking cannot proceed without checking the agreement box.
